We have some more details on the rumored Google Nexus Two smartphone now, and possibly the most revealing news yet. The handset is yet to be announced by Google, but we now have what looks to be an unofficial spec sheet for the device.

The new information on the Nexus Two has once again come courtesy of AndroidandMe, as they have now claimed that T-Mobile will be one of the carriers (yes, there’s more than one) to officially support the Nexus Two.

Furthermore, they clarify that the Nexus Two will come with a stock version of Android OS 2.3, and that it will indeed be called Gingerbread. Other specs include a 1.2Ghz processor, 5 megapixel camera, 512MB RAM with 16GB internal memory and a standard 4 inch AMOLED display screen.

Of course, these specs are yet to be confirmed by Google and it is interesting to note that we still dont have a final name for the device. Will it be called the Samsung Nexus Two, or Google Nexus Two by Samsung – which would you prefer?
